These Terms apply to all financial services, asset management tools, digital currency-related services, and other derivative features provided by Eqitou. These Terms apply regardless of whether users access the services via the website, mobile devices, or other means.
Eqitou reserves the right to modify or update these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms will be published in an appropriate manner and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If users disagree with these Terms or any subsequent modifications, they should immediately cease using all Eqitou services.
These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between users and users, and shall not be construed or limited in any other way unless otherwise agreed upon.

Users of Eqitou services must have full civil capacity and be of legal age as determined by the laws of their jurisdiction. When registering an account, users must ensure that the identity information they submit is true, accurate, and complete, and they commit to promptly updating this information if it changes. Users are solely responsible for any consequences arising from providing false or incomplete information.
To comply with global financial compliance requirements, Eqitou reserves the right to require users to undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including but not limited to submitting identification documents, explanation of the source of funds, and other necessary information. Eqitou reserves the right to refuse or restrict user account opening and use in accordance with laws and regulations such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT).
After successful registration, users will be assigned a dedicated account to access and use the various services provided by Eqitou. Users must maintain proper confidentiality of their account information and login credentials. Any activity conducted through their account will be deemed to be their own. Eqitou assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred due to poor account management. Eqitou reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts due to compliance requirements or risk considerations. Users should understand and cooperate with this.

Eqitou provides users with a diverse range of financial services and asset management tools, including but not limited to equity investment, wealth management, cross-border capital allocation, financial advisory, and digital currency-related services. Specific service content may be adjusted due to market conditions, compliance requirements, or product iterations. Eqitou reserves the right to update, optimize, or suspend certain services without prior notice.
When using Eqitou services, users must comply with laws and regulations and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. They must not use the platform to engage in any illegal activities or conduct that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, cyberattacks, illegal financing, or other activities that may disrupt financial order. If a user engages in any of the above-mentioned activities, Eqitou reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending the account, restricting trading, or terminating the service.
Users should use the platform’s features reasonably and assume the risks and responsibilities arising from their investment decisions. While providing information, tools, and references, Eqitou does not guarantee or promise any specific investment results.
Eqitou reserves the right to adjust its service scope and usage rules based on regulatory compliance and its own business development needs. Continued use of the service constitutes consent and acceptance of these adjustments.

Eqitou’s asset management services are centered on stability, compliance, and long-term value creation, aiming to help users preserve and grow their wealth in a volatile global market. When using asset management services, users should fully understand that investment inherently involves uncertainty and risk, and Eqitou does not guarantee the safety of any investment returns or principal.

During the asset management process, Eqitou will provide users with portfolio allocation and investment advice based on market research, data analysis, and professional judgment. This information is for reference only and does not constitute mandatory investment instructions. Users should make independent decisions based on their own financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

Eqitou may entrust qualified custodians or partners to assist in executing investment and asset management matters. All investment activities will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and the relevant processes will be transparent and traceable. By authorizing Eqitou to provide services, users acknowledge and agree to these arrangements.
Users must understand that market fluctuations, policy adjustments, technological changes, and force majeure events may affect investment results. Eqitou will make reasonable efforts to control risks and disclose relevant information, but ultimately, the investment risk lies solely with the user.

Eqitou provides users with digital currency-related services, including but not limited to digital asset custody, trading, settlement, and related advisory support, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Before using these services, users should fully understand the unique characteristics of digital currencies, which can fluctuate drastically and may not have uniform legal recognition in some jurisdictions.
When using digital currency services, users must ensure that their funds are from legitimate sources and must not use the Eqitou platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights. Eqitou reserves the right to monitor user trading activities in accordance with compliance requirements and, if necessary, suspend or restrict them.
The digital currency services provided by Eqitou are based on the principles of security, transparency, and compliance. The platform will implement measures such as hot and cold wallet separation, multi-signature systems, and blockchain audits to mitigate the security risks of user assets. However, due to technological and market limitations, Eqitou cannot completely eliminate potential losses due to hacker attacks, system failures, or policy changes. Users bear all relevant risks.
By choosing to use digital currency-related services, users understand and accept the high risks inherent in these services and are willing to bear the consequences. Eqitou will continue to optimize relevant mechanisms but makes no promises regarding investment returns or currency stability.

Users may be required to pay fees when using the various services provided by Eqitou, including but not limited to management fees, transaction fees, consulting fees, and other reasonable costs. Eqitou will clearly outline the fee schedule and calculation method in the service description or specific agreement. Users should fully understand and agree to the relevant terms before using the services.
All fees will be charged based on actual usage or agreed-upon rates. Eqitou reserves the right to reasonably adjust the fee schedule based on market changes, operating costs, or regulatory requirements. Adjusted fee policies will be announced through appropriate channels and will take effect from the date of announcement. Continued use of the services by users will be deemed acceptance of the adjusted terms.
Users should ensure that they use legal funds when paying fees and are responsible for any applicable tax obligations. Tax policies vary across jurisdictions, and users are responsible for declaring and paying all taxes and fees arising from their use of Eqitou services.
If users fail to pay their due fees on time, Eqitou reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending service, restricting account functions, or pursuing legal action. If users encounter technical failures or delays during the payment process, Eqitou will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue, but will not be held liable for losses incurred by third-party payment channels.

Before using any financial services, asset management tools, or digital currency-related features provided by Eqitou, users should fully understand and accept the various risks inherent in the market. These risks include, but are not limited to:

Market Risk: Fluctuations in asset values ​​due to market price fluctuations, macroeconomic changes, or unexpected events.

Liquidity Risk: The inability to buy or sell assets at a reasonable price within a specific timeframe.

Policy and Legal Risk: Changes in regulatory policies or the legal environment may affect the viability and profitability of related products or services.

Technical Risk: This includes, but is not limited to, cyber attacks, system failures, data transmission delays, or blockchain protocol vulnerabilities.

Force Majeure Risk: Unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, and social unrest.

Eqitou will make reasonable efforts to provide users with transparent information, risk warnings, and compliance assurances, but cannot guarantee the avoidance of these risks. Users should make independent judgments and decisions based on their own financial circumstances, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. Eqitou assumes no liability for losses caused by market fluctuations or uncontrollable factors. When using Eqitou services, users should ensure that their actions comply with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction and internationally accepted compliance requirements. Users may not use the platform to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, illegal financing, regulatory evasion, or other activities that harm the public interest. If a user violates relevant regulations, Eqitou reserves the right to take measures such as suspending their account, terminating service, and reporting to regulatory authorities.
Eqitou also encourages legal and compliant innovation and collaboration, and welcomes user suggestions for improvement or cooperation, provided they do not infringe upon the rights of the company or any third party. User feedback and suggestions are provided free of charge, and Eqitou reserves the right to use, modify, or adopt them without further notice.

Eqitou reserves the right to modify, supplement, or update these Terms of Service at any time based on business development, legal and regulatory changes, or regulatory requirements. The updated terms will be announced to users through appropriate means and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the services will be deemed to indicate that users have read, understood, and agreed to the revised terms. If users disagree with the changes, they should immediately cease using all Eqitou services.
In the event of a dispute arising from differences in understanding or obstacles to performance during the performance of these Terms, users should first negotiate with Eqitou through reasonable channels. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to an arbitration institution with jurisdiction over the dispute, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. To the extent permitted by law, Eqitou reserves the final right of interpretation regarding dispute resolution.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable due to legal provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Services. Users are solely responsible for any liability arising from any violation of laws.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Eqitou and users regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. Users should regularly review these Terms for updates to ensure they understand their rights and obligations.
